El Peine del Viento, The Comb of the Wind

El Peine del Viento was a special corner for Eduardo Chillida. One photo won’t do it justice. I’d suggest you look at my post on it especially when it contains links to a couple of pages you should read in order to understand this set of sculptures better.

Maman, Guggenheim, Bilbao

I took a lot of photos of Gugenheim and its surroundings at different times of day and it’s hard to choose just one to highlight it here. I finally opted for this one simply because it reminds me of comics I used to read when I was a child, of future cities, invasions, etc. Maman may seem like an invader, but the people near it are calm as though it’s one of them…
